Top Dawgs Media Day

This shoot wasn’t just about taking photos...it was about applying real production standards in a live setting. As teams stepped in, the focus was on building strong, unified group images that reflected identity and presence. Students worked through positioning, spacing, and framing to make sure every athlete fit into the composition with purpose. It became a hands-on experience in understanding how to control a full group shot while keeping the image clean, balanced, and professional.

As more teams rotated in, the process demanded consistency. Adjustments had to be made quickly aligning rows, correcting posture, ensuring every face was clearly visible, and keeping lighting even across the entire group. This is where technical skill and decision-making came together. It wasn’t just about knowing what to do it was about executing it in real time under pressure, the same way it would happen in a professional media environment.
