Jose Aleman co-founded Latin American Talent Inc. in August 2005.  The primary goal of the institution was to provide quality training in the artistic and fine arts area for individuals who needed guidance and mentorship with their talents. For more than 15 years, LAT has cultivated thousands of kids, teens and adults in the El Paso community and provided the foundation with curriculum and rigor. During the same time, Jose Aleman was working as high school teacher in the areas of Journalism, Desktop Publishing, Yearbook & Newspaper for 8 years. He continued his teaching qualifications and added a second certification in Marketing through the Texas Education Agency. Mr. Aleman applied his teaching, journalism, and marketing skills by leading this family owned corporation into a successful company with multiple locations.

 

Texas Creative Careers is a sister company to Latin American Talent Inc. which consist of new endeavors to help participants achieve their career goals. The El Paso community deserves an educational resource that caters directly and solely to the fine arts with vocational career courses.  By working with the business community as partners, an extensive and complete curriculum was created in the fields of; 3-D Arts, Sportscasting, Digital Marketing, Visual Design and Film & Video. Texas Creative Careers will nurture the new generation of creative minds that are now in high demand and prepare students for entry level jobs in news & radio stations, marketing departments as well as entrepreneurships.
